Stephanie joined JMT Consulting in 2021 as the Chief Operating Officer. At JMT Consulting she is leveraging more than 30 years of executive leadership experience. She manages

Stephanie’s experience supports growth and operating success. She is known for identifying, defining and executing transformative strategic initiatives that shape the future of a company.

Her focus is to drive operational excellence to enhance and build corporate value through process design, automation, innovation, and data management.

Stephanie serves as a business mentor with the Entrepreneurial Center and Launch Nashville groups. She also advises several small businesses and volunteers with the Nashville Rescue Mission and Girl Scouts, USA.

Stephanie earned her Master’s in Management Leadership from Western Governors University and her undergraduate degree in Business Administration from the University of Delaware.

Dan Meehan

DIRECTOR OF AXIOM DEVELOPMENT AND OPERATIONS

Dan Meehan joined JMT Consulting in 2020 as part of the acquisition of Axiom Business Systems. With over 30 years of experience in cemetery software development and implementation, he has a keen understanding of what it takes to address customer challenges and help them provide support to families during their time of need.

Whether he’s developing best-of-breed applications or creating a seamless transition between the sales, implementations and support cycles, Dan plays a pivotal role in every aspect of the Axiom client experience.

When he’s not finding ways to boost efficiency and simplify processes, you can find him spending time with his wife and three children, fine-tuning his golf swing or enjoying a competitive game of pickleball.

Jim Barron

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT LEAD

Jim Barron joined JMT Consulting in 2022 with over 30 years of experience servicing others, always driven by the need to help those who cannot help themselves.

A proud Spartan alumnus, Jim holds a B.A. from Michigan State University. He’s held numerous sales leadership roles with Batesville Casket Company, Abbott Laboratories and Service Corporation International, and has worked with funeral service and cemetery providers in the U.S., Puerto Rico and Canada.

Jim and his wife, Jill, live in suburban Detroit along with their Scottish Terriers, Francesca and Samantha Joan. Together they enjoy cooking, drinking wine, traveling, listening to live music, spending time with family and celebrating life’s milestones.

Before entering her leadership position as the Chief Experience Officer, Carole served in several other roles with JMT. Carole’s previous experience within nonprofits makes her the ideal advocate for JMT clients and enables her to engage with them as a trusted advisor focused on their continued success.

Prior to joining the JMT team, Carole spent ten years as a buyer, giving her a unique understanding and perspective of a client’s needs and viewpoint. Carole has also served as Treasurer for several local nonprofit organizations and remains active in her local community.

CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

Max joined JMT Consulting in 2019 and leads the overall financial strategy and direction at JMT Consulting. He guides the finance, treasury, accounting and tax functions and develops company policy in pursuit of the company’s aggressive growth strategy. Prior to joining JMT Consulting, Max was the Director of FP&A and Controller at Inspire MD, Inc., a publicly-traded biotech company. He also served in a variety of roles at PricewaterhouseCoopers and RSM McGladrey.

Max is a licensed CPA and graduated with honors from The University of Baltimore. When not at work, Max enjoys traveling with his family
